Steelpoint targets companies that address core customer issues in large, established markets, with the potential for scale in the media, technology, consumer, and healthcare markets. We actively look for companies that bring unique applications of technologies, strong customer-oriented services, innovative industry solutions and deep market knowledge of evolving sectors.

We have a flexible investment mandate and are driven by the individual opportunity, rather than being bound by any particular investment stage or deal structure. Investments include late stage venture; growth equity; recapitalizations; and small to mid-size buyouts. The companies that interest us have a minimum of $5 million in revenue, are cash flow breakeven or have a clear path to profitability, with enterprise values up to $200 million. The structure of our investments is likewise broad to include private equity securities, mezzanine securities, and minority as well as majority positions. We invest primarily in the United States.
